DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders with "Free Shipping" promotions are shipped FREE within the United States using USPS First Class (USPS Priority or UPS Ground are used at our discretion if weight exceeds 1 pound). To inquire about expedited shipping, please contact us at proboostnow@gmail.com. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USPS First Class: 1-6 business days
- USPS Priority: 2-4 business days
- UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur (especially as mail is affected by holidays, weather natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances).
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ProBoostNow.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ProBoostNow.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We are charging you for the product and for the shipping to get it to your location. Please be aware that there may be additional charges at customs (duties/taxes) that you will be required to pay directly to the agent in order for the package to clear customs and be delivered to you. We do not know if these charges will occur, or what the amount will be.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that you are willing to be responsible for paying these extra charges that may be incurred. We will not issue refunds for orders that are refused due to these extra charges.
