- Overnight Shipping: At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping as a standard checkout option because carrier on-time delivery has been inconsistent. If you need overnight delivery, please contact us before placing your order to see if arrangements are available.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Promotional free shipping offers, when available, will be displayed at checkout.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
International Shipping
- Availability: We offer international shipping to many countries. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted, cleared, or delivered by your local customs office. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the order, and shipping method selected. These shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import fees.
- Delivery Time: International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing and cannot be guaranteed.
- Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import fees imposed by their country or local customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Refused, Abandoned, or Returned International Orders: Orders refused by the customer, abandoned at customs, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, or failure to comply with local import requirements are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for a carrier claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
