Humanset Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your first Humanset experience. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time customers.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first order of a Humanset product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date. If your order qualifies, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product, less any shipping fees.
This guarantee applies to a customer's first order only, including the first shipment of a new subscription. It does not apply to repeat purchases, subsequent subscription renewals, wholesale orders, international orders, or products purchased for resale.
Subscription Orders
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the next scheduled charge date. Subscription renewal orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If a subscription renewal order is returned unopened and in resalable condition, we may issue a refund for the product cost at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- First Order Only: The guarantee applies only to your first order from Humanset.
- Purchased Directly from Humanset: The product must have been purchased directly from the Humanset website.
- United States Orders Only: The guarantee applies only to orders shipped to an address within the United States.
- No International Orders: International orders are not eligible for refunds.
- No Forwarding: Products shipped to a U.S. address and then forwarded outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds.
- Not for Resale: Wholesale orders, resale orders, and bulk purchasing arrangements are not eligible for refunds.
Returns
In many cases, we may not require a product return for a first-order satisfaction guarantee request. However, Humanset reserves the right to require a return before issuing a refund, especially for unopened products, duplicate orders, repeat orders, or other situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is required, our customer support team will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping fees.

Additional Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged products, incorrect products, or order fulfillment errors.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for approved refunds to be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive refund requests, or failure to meet the conditions of this policy.
